For an outward and return journey on the same day, request the same-day return option and provide the complete schedule. A return fare does not automatically cover an overnight stay.
Be clear about where and when the service ends
For a direct drop, give the final building, hotel or venue rather than just the city name. Include additional pickup points and stops. If you want the car to wait while you attend an appointment, mention that before the transfer price is confirmed.
For a return, give the date, collection point and expected departure time. Say whether you need the vehicle during the visit or only for the return leg. This helps the team distinguish a same-day return from a retained booking over several days.
Lahore example: a route fare is different from daily hire

Price waiting, retained days and overnight use together
List the days you need the car, the stops on each day and the time spent waiting. Explain whether the vehicle should remain available during your stay. Ask how waiting, overtime, extra local travel and driver meals or accommodation are handled in the quotation.
Standard With-Driver duty is 12 hours unless a package states otherwise. Extended arrangements need 8–10 hours of driver rest. Agree the daily schedule and overnight arrangements so a multi-day rental includes a workable driving and rest plan.

If a drop becomes a longer booking, ask for a revised quote
An additional stop may be straightforward to describe, but a stop that becomes hours of waiting or an overnight stay changes the service. Send the new plan and ask the team to confirm availability, duty hours and the revised total before extending the journey.
