Normal self-drive hire

The approved customer drives the vehicle. Fuel, tolls, parking and other applicable travel costs are separate from normal hire. Review customer-specific documents and security through the Self-Drive Policy.

There is no mileage limit for self-drive. Tell the team which areas you plan to visit so the vehicle and travel plan can be confirmed as suitable. Collection and return times are agreed separately.

Normal With-Driver hire

The vehicle is operated by a Huzaifa Enterprises driver. Fuel, tolls, parking, waiting or other applicable extras must be clarified in the complete quotation.

Standard duty is 12 hours unless a package states otherwise; overtime is separate. Allow 8–10 hours of driver rest for overnight or extended arrangements. A longer rental is not unrestricted driver duty.

Route and group-vehicle exceptions

• Hiace Grand Cabin: its hire includes the driver only; clients pay fuel and tolls separately.
• Standard listed car out-city drop-offs: the route fare includes vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, parking and standard route charges.
• Lahore return: the listed return fare below is same-day only and includes fuel and motorway tolls.
• Northern Areas trips: vehicle and driver pricing excludes fuel and tolls.

Agree the separate expenses

Confirm the exact vehicle/service, dates and hours, pickup/drop-off, planned routes, stops, waiting, outstation use, driver meals/accommodation, applicable security and all extra charges in writing.

For an overnight out-station stay beyond Islamabad and Rawalpindi, provide the driver’s meals/accommodation or pay the policy’s PKR 2,000 alternative covering three meals and one night. Weekly/monthly meal and local overnight conditions are set out in the With-Driver Policy.
