Choose a car rental around your journey

A rental for a day of Islamabad meetings is different from a family airport pickup, a Rawalpindi wedding or a car retained for several weeks. Start with the service you need, your actual dates and the people travelling. Then compare the vehicle and complete quotation. Our booking form sends an enquiry to the team; availability, the assigned car and final terms are confirmed before a reservation is accepted.

Self-drive or a car with driver?

Self-drive for your own schedule

Choose self-drive when you want to manage the route and timing yourself and can meet the rental requirements. Check that the selected model is listed for this service, then disclose the intended journey and confirm collection and return arrangements. A fleet listing is not approval for every customer or every road.

Pakistani local customers need an original valid CNIC, a current driving licence, a vehicle-value security cheque and an eligible guarantor. Overseas and foreign customers have their own passport, stay-document and licence checks. Full agreed rental payment is due at collection before key handover. With-driver for an agreed itinerary

A vehicle with driver can suit appointments across several sectors, visiting family, guest transport or a journey outside the twin cities. Send the pickup, stops, waiting periods and expected finish so the team can check the duty schedule. A driver included in the booking does not mean continuous availability.

Standard duty is 12 hours unless the package states otherwise; overtime is separate, and extended arrangements need 8–10 hours of driver rest. After availability and the final price are confirmed, a 20% online token confirms an ordinary with-driver reservation, with the balance payable at service start. Compare the price for the service you need

These examples use the fleet’s published daily tariffs. They are vehicle hire references, not all-inclusive prices for every airport, event or destination. Compare the same service and duration, then ask what the quotation includes. A lower headline is not an equivalent offer if the vehicle, duty period or payable expenses differ.

Compact cars and sedans

For a smaller party, compare a compact hatchback with a sedan against the full day’s needs. A local appointment may involve little luggage, while an airport journey with the same passengers can require more space. Share large suitcases and bulky items before accepting a vehicle, and check its listed transmission and service options on the model page.

Seven listed seats do not automatically mean seven customers plus a separate driver. Confirm the assigned layout and usable luggage space when the seats are occupied. The Hiace Grand Cabin is listed for 13 passengers, while Coaster options have their own configurations. Provide the actual group size, bags and pickup sequence before requesting a larger vehicle. Guest movements involving several locations or separate return journeys need their complete schedule quoted; one vehicle may not cover simultaneous pickups.

Plan transfers, intercity drops and northern travel

Airport pickup and drop-off

Provide the airport, flight number, travel date, direction and exact city endpoint. Islamabad has published sedan fares for specified routes; the confirmed Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Skardu and Gilgit services are quoted individually. Request a separate scope if you want the vehicle retained after the transfer.

Agree the meeting point and waiting basis before booking. Notify the team promptly if the flight changes, and confirm any revised pickup or charge instead of assuming an automatic adjustment.

Choose your airport

Lahore and Murree routes

The published Lahore drop starts at PKR 20,000, including fuel and tolls for the agreed route. Its PKR 38,000 return is same-day only. Murree is listed at PKR 10,000 one-way and PKR 16,000 for the published return option, with the exact schedule and inclusions confirmed.

A direct drop ends at the agreed destination. Waiting, sightseeing, overnight retention or a different vehicle can change the quotation.

Hunza, Skardu and Naran/Kaghan

Share departure and return dates, overnight stops and any side trips for a Northern Areas vehicle-and-driver enquiry. A daily hire reference is not a complete touring price. Fuel, tolls, customer accommodation and any separate local transport need to be distinguished in the final plan.

Route suitability and access must be checked for the actual itinerary and dates. A listed SUV does not establish access to every connecting road or remove the need for driver rest.

For a week-long assignment or an extended stay, compare the explicit weekly and monthly plans for the chosen vehicle and service. Give exact dates and usual routes, and ask how extensions or early returns are handled. A monthly price does not promise unrestricted mileage, continuous driver duty or an automatic refund for unused days.

Organizations should specify vehicle quantity, working days, service locations and invoicing needs. Monthly corporate rental requires at least one month in advance, with the scope and billing arrangement agreed individually. The contract and tender checklist helps prepare the request. For weddings, list bridal and guest journeys separately and confirm decoration, waiting and final venue drops through the relevant event transport enquiry.
