What to confirm in a quotation
- Vehicle, service, collection/return dates, permitted use and payment schedule in writing.
- Fuel, tolls, parking, driver overtime and overnight expenses separately.
- Servicing, breakdown reporting and replacement arrangements; a replacement depends on availability and the agreement.
- Approval and revised charges for an extension before the agreed return date.
Monthly self-drive mileage follows the Self-Drive Policy. Driver duty is a separate arrangement.
Prepare for collection and handover
- Review the applicable original documents, security and payment requirements on the Policies page.
- Confirm the approved driver and allocated vehicle against the quotation.
- Allow time for a joint inspection and record existing exterior/interior damage, fuel and mileage.
- Agree collection and return locations, any pickup charge and the accepted payment method.
During the rental and at return
- Keep the booking contact available; promptly report warning lights, mechanical issues and servicing needs.
- Contact the team before arranging repairs or changing the vehicle’s intended use.
- For regular With-Driver travel, agree a pickup contact and discuss new stops or out-city duty before adding them.
- Confirm any changed price, driver duty and rest arrangements in writing.
- Arrange the return address and inspection, settle documented outstanding charges and ask about document/security release under the agreement.
- Keep payment and handover records; request approval and the next payment terms before renewing.
CORPORATE & EXTENDED STAYS
Keep the schedule specific.
Companies can share vehicle quantity, service locations, driver schedules and invoicing needs. Monthly rent follows the advance payment schedule above; longer contracts and invoicing are agreed with the team.
For a personal extended stay, share any travel beyond the city. A routine local booking should not silently become a multi-day outstation itinerary.

What is the monthly car rental price range in Islamabad?

Can I book weekly car rental in Islamabad instead?

Does monthly self-drive have a mileage limit?

Does a monthly With-Driver plan include unrestricted driver duty?
No. Standard With-Driver duty is 12 hours unless a specific package states otherwise; overtime is separate. Extended or overnight arrangements must allow 8–10 hours of driver rest. Confirm the schedule, meals, accommodation and days off before accepting a monthly arrangement.
How does the monthly corporate advance payment work?
The first month’s rent is paid when receiving the vehicle, before that rental month begins. For a longer arrangement, each next month’s rent is paid before the next rental month starts. For example, a rental starting on 25 October is paid at handover, and the next month is paid before 25 November. This is advance rent, not a requirement to book a month ahead.
Are fuel, tolls and driver accommodation included?
Do not assume travel expenses are included in a normal monthly local rental. Confirm fuel, tolls, parking, overtime, driver meals, accommodation and any out-city assignment in the complete written quotation. Standard route-transfer fares have a different price basis.
Can I extend a rental or return early?
Discuss part-weeks, early return and extensions before booking. A monthly rate does not automatically provide a pro-rata refund. Extensions, revised charges and vehicle allocation require approval; the original rate does not automatically continue. The agreed quotation and published cancellation policy apply.
Is a replacement vehicle guaranteed?
No. Servicing and replacement arrangements depend on availability and the agreement. Confirm how to report a warning light, mechanical issue or breakdown and what the agreed next steps are before a longer rental.
