Your form sends the selected service and requirements to our booking team by email. We review the dates, vehicle, itinerary and any special requirements before sharing availability, the final quotation and applicable confirmation terms.

Self-drive, With-Driver, corporate and driver-only services have different requirements and payment arrangements. Read the relevant policy before accepting your quotation. Do not send identity documents or payment information in this form.

Booking enquiry questions
Is submitting a booking enquiry free?
Yes. No online payment is required to send this form. It is a request for availability and a quotation.
When is my booking confirmed?
Submitting the form does not reserve a vehicle. Availability, final pricing and terms must first be agreed, followed by the applicable confirmation requirements in the rental policies.
How do self-drive and With-Driver payments differ?
Self-drive requires the full agreed rental amount at vehicle handover before keys. For With-Driver service, the 20% online token follows confirmed availability and final pricing, with the balance at service start. Corporate contracts have their own written payment terms. Check the policy for your service.
Are fuel and toll charges included?
It depends on the selected service or published package. A vehicle-hire rate is not automatically a complete trip fare. Review the published inclusions and exceptions and have the full scope confirmed in your written quotation.
Can I request a particular vehicle?
Yes. Choose a listed vehicle or select “Help me choose”. A preference is subject to availability; it does not guarantee allocation. Browse the fleet before sending your enquiry.
What happens after I submit?
The website sends your enquiry to our team by email. After the server accepts it, you see an enquiry receipt. Our team reviews your requirements and contacts you to discuss availability, pricing and confirmation. WhatsApp buttons open a general contact conversation and do not include your form details.
